Terms and Conditions of the a77bet – Clear Rules for a Worry-Free Experience

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the platform a77bet, available at a77bet.click, including all sports betting, online casino, poker, live games, and other features offered by the platform.

By accessing the site, creating an account, or using any service provided by the a77bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to all of their provisions. 2 Eligibility and Registration

To create an account and use the services of the a77bet, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

Registration is personal and non-transferable. Only one account per CPF. Creating multiple accounts for the same user is considered a violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate cancellation of all linked accounts and the forfeiture of any accumulated balances and bonuses.

The a77bet reserves the right to request additional documents at any time to verify a user's identity (KYC — Know Your Customer process), particularly for withdrawals above a certain amount. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account block.

3 User Account

The user is solely responsible for the security of their login credentials — username and password — and for all activity carried out through their account on the a77bet. We strongly recommend using a unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings.

4 Deposits

The a77bet accepts the following deposit methods, all in Brazilian reais (R$): Pix, boleto bancário, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Elo, Hipercard), debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer through major Brazilian banks (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, and others).

• The minimum deposit via Pix is R$ 10.00.
• The minimum deposit via boleto bancário is R$ 20.00.
• The minimum deposit via credit or debit card is R$ 15.00.
• Pix deposits are credited instantly. Boleto payments may take up to 1 business day to clear.
• No deposit method accepted by the a77bet charges the user a fee.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method linked to the same CPF registered on the account.

Deposits made from sources not linked to the account holder's CPF may be rejected and returned to the original payment method, subject to the processing timeframe of that method. The a77bet does not accept cash deposits or payments via any method not listed above.

5 Withdrawals

Users may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, subject to the following requirements and conditions set by a77bet:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00.
• The maximum daily withdrawal amount via Pix is R$ 50,000.00.
• Pix withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• The Pix key provided for withdrawals must be registered under the same CPF linked to your a77bet account.
• No withdrawal fees apply to any of the available methods.
• Withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to additional compliance verification (KYC), with a review period of up to 24 hours.

Only real available balance may be withdrawn. Bonus balance is subject to the rollover requirements described in Section 6 before it can be converted into withdrawable funds. Real balance deposited directly by the user, with no bonus attached, may be withdrawn at any time without additional restrictions.

The a77bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that shows unusual characteristics or that the compliance team deems necessary to review, in accordance with applicable legal obligations in the sector.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

The a77bet periodically offers bonuses and promotions for both new and existing users, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and special promotions tied to sporting events such as the Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, and Libertadores. Each promotion has its own specific rules described on the offer page.

• The welcome bonus is available for the first deposit only, up to a limit of R$ 500.00 or the percentage stated in the applicable promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to rollover (turnover) requirements, which refers to the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. The specific requirement is stated in each individual offer.
• Unused bonuses or bonuses with an unfulfilled rollover requirement that expire within their validity period are automatically removed from the account.

7 Sports Betting

Bets are accepted before events begin (pre-match) and during events (live), subject to availability.

• The odds displayed on the platform are those in effect at the moment the user confirms the bet. Odds fluctuations during the confirmation process may result in an alternative odds offer being presented, which the user may accept or decline.
• A bet is considered valid only after the on-screen confirmation is displayed and a receipt is sent to the registered email address.
• Live bets may be temporarily suspended during critical moments in a match (goals, red cards, VAR) without prior notice.
• In the event of permanent cancellation or suspension of an event before its normal conclusion, all bets on that event will be voided and the wagered amounts returned to the user's balance, unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

The a77bet may also close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
